  2013-2018年,保送至清华大学材料学院,获得工学博士学位

  2018-2020年,华中科技大学物理学流动站从事博士后研究工作

  2020年至今,中国地质大学,珠宝学院,特任副教授

  目前研究方向包括:化学气相传输、化学气相沉积制备技术,单晶宝石人工合成,金刚石半导体器件,石墨烯
